Questions
Can you help me start a trucking company?

What does your owner-operator dispatch service include?
Nationwide load finding on the lanes you want, rate negotiation with brokers, broker setup packets, rate confirmations and check calls.
When does my MC authority become active?
After you apply, FMCSA activates MC authority once your insurance and BOC-3 are on file and the protest period has passed.
Which yearly filings do carriers need to keep up with?
Common ones include UCR every year, Form 2290 by August 31, IFTA quarterly returns and the MCS-150 update every two years. We track your exact dates.
